The campaign mainly focused on their projects in the Jolshiri Abashon, such as “Serenity,” “Mulk Manor,” “Ray White Ocean,” “Ray Square,” and Bashundhara Residential Area, such as “Ray White Panacea” and “Lake Garden.” Each piece of content and ad was created specifically to meet the preferences and behaviors of luxury home buyers, with visuals and messaging designed to stand out from the sea of ads an internet user is typically exposed to.

We highlighted the various features of the projects, such as a dedicated green zone on each floor, an elegant reception and lounge area, a mezzanine floor, a fitness centre/gym, a rooftop deck and BBQ zone, a rooftop kids’ pool, an electric car charging solution, modern security systems, and more. The response to these ads was incredibly positive, as the audience wanted more details on the projects, generating quality leads.
